as much as i love rory and jess, i feel like their relationship was way too physical and needed to be more emotional. they did a lot of kissing and hand holding and hugging and not a lot of talking. in rory’s other relationships there was way more talking and communication while also having a little bit of physical intimacy

Luke makes her promise not tell any secrets and then keeps thd biggest secret. Luke gets extremely involved in Rory's life bur then doesn't let Lorelai bond with his daughter.. These 2 things were so out of character and were the only 2 things about Luke i could never understand. Especially him wanting to postpone the wedding... That wasn't Luke's character... Luke never wanted to make any mistake in their relationship. He was so sceard of screwing things up.. And then suddenly he casually agrees to postpone weddding... Ahhhh the writer lost me at that

Sometimes we think we know what we want to be when we grow up, but really it just shows what we are attracted to. She fell in love with the male equivalent of what she thought she wanted to be. She thought she wanted to be the brave, adventurous, and cultured woman she idolized as a child, but instead she turned out to be more suited as the wife of a brave, adventurous, and cultured man. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, and it shouldn't be an insult if you're humble.

I hope having that talk with her father didn't make her want to not tell Logan about the baby. But knowing Rory she is gonna want to wait until he gets married to tell him. Because she doesn't want his family thinking she was trying to stop the wedding with the baby news. Also I think it's cute that the writers were going to name the baby Lola. Also Rory chose to be broke. She has a wealthy father that is always trying to give her money. When he started paying for Yale he also wanted to give her the equivalent of a trust fund. I guess if she would have taken the money she would have had to admit to herself that like Logan she is a child of privilege.

While I love Rory and Jess, I think Logan was entirely justified. He was having a hard time, drinking himself to oblivion and repeatedly telling Rory how much he didn’t want to work for his dad. She was his only happy place and found comfort in her. He came back early from work just to see her out with some guy on a date. Yes, it was a date. She never mentioned she had a boyfriend, and never called Logan to tell him about an ex (that she probably loved the most) coming over to give her a book, nor that he was taking her out for dinner the next day. I would be livid if I caught my bf going out with his ex without telling me. She wanted to go on a date with Jess, see what’s going on there and decide what to do next afterwards. Do you honestly think she would’ve told Logan if he didn’t catch her in the act? Rory’s a serial cheater. Logan had every right to be angry. Although he took it out on Jess, who was innocent and didn’t know anything Rory was up to, instead of taking it out on Rory who always wanted to have her cake and eat it whilst acting innocent as if she never had bad intentions.

First off I am team Logan!!! Logan went to that dinner already feeling some kind of way about the Rory and Marty thing. Logan was upset that Rory never told him she and Marty were hanging out again. Marty is the reason Logan and Rory met so why wouldn't she tell him? Especially when Marty pretended not to know Rory. Normally Rory would call Logan and tell him about the littlest things, but she didn't tell him Marty acted like he didn't know her??? Logan more than likely wondered why she never told him something so big. So that's why Logan was noticing every look between Rory and Marty. And I agree with everyone else the trust fund comment is what made Logan done with the whole situation. Marty was jealous of Logan and all the rich kids that ran around Yale without a care in the world. Logan blew 25k to 50k on a Birkin bag for Rory. While Marty had to work 4 jobs. That trust fund comment was a passive aggressive dig at Logan, and Logan knew it. Lucy's reaction was understandable. Why would her good friend and boyfriend lie about being friends? Every time they were all together Rory and Marty were lying to her. She had to feel like a fool.

paris is so funny. i wish she had more scenes visiting rory in stars hollow so she could interact with the townspeople like taylor, luke, jess, mrs. kim and kirk. paris sleeping over at lorelai's house for a weekend and going to a town meeting would have been hilarious
